I. Product overview
1.1. HTFC-V cabinet centrifugal fan is a kind of backward tilting box-type centrifugal fan with blades. The product is composed of low noise backward tilting centrifugal fan, motor, bearing, transmission parts, anechoic box, etc. According to the different installation positions, 12 air inlet and outlet positions with different angles are provided to meet the different installation needs of users. According to the different requirements of fire protection and ventilation, there are two types: type A and type B; Type A motor is installed outside the box and used for fire fighting and smoke exhaust. It is named "centrifugal fire fighting and smoke exhaust fan" according to the provisions of the CCCF rules, and has been subjected to the high temperature resistance test by the National Fire Protection Conformity Assessment Center in accordance with GA211-2009 High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Fighting and Smoke Exhaust Fan, and has passed the CCCF certification. The fan can operate continuously for 60 minutes at 280 ℃ high temperature; Type B motor is installed in the box for ventilation.
1.2. The fan is divided into 15 specifications according to the diameter of 250~1250mm, the series air volume is 1188-133463m3/h, and the total pressure is 345~2322Pa. The fan is divided into single-speed and double-speed. The two-speed fan is equipped with a two-speed motor to achieve two-speed speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance regulation at different operating points. The fan can also be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and a variable-frequency controller to achieve variable-frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the regulation frequency at 25Hz~50Hz.
1.3. In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan with explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
1.4. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the fan silencing box can also be thickened to reduce the fan noise.
1.5. The fan can be equipped with primary, medium or high efficiency filters to improve the cleanliness of the air. The actual pressure loss should be considered when configuring the filter, and the length of the fan body should be appropriately increased.

5、 Product processing technology
5.1. The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality steel plates, all of which are molded and welded. The balance accuracy of the impeller is not more than 5.6 after dynamic and static balance correction.
5.2. The anechoic box of the fan adopts the frame and box plate assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending machine by one stretch (aluminum alloy profiles can also be used according to the user's needs). The plate is color coated, with clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized anechoic micro-perforated plate, the interlayer is flame-retardant and expandable polystyrene, and the EPS fireproof and thermal insulation composite plate (only limited to fire and smoke exhaust), which can further reduce the noise. The product can be disassembled on site.

Note: When the motor frame number is ≤ 132, the motor is placed on the top of the chassis by default; When the motor frame number>132, the motor is placed on the box base by default. If it needs to be placed in other places, please consult the factory and indicate it when ordering.

3. Type A installation, the motor is placed on the top of the chassis by default when the number of the air outlet is 1,2,3,5,6,8,9,10,11,12 and the motor frame number is ≤ 132; When the motor frame number is>132, the motor is placed on the box base by default. If it needs to be placed in other places, please consult the factory and indicate it when ordering.
Type A installation. When the air inlet number is 4 and 7, the motor is placed on the base of the box, regardless of the size of the motor frame number.
