I. Product overview
1.1. GDF centrifugal duct fan, the impeller is a forward-turning multi-wing centrifugal impeller with single-side suction, the fan is designed to enter and exit horizontally, and the square inlet and outlet can be directly connected with the air duct. The fan motor is a special motor for air conditioning. The whole machine is characterized by low noise, stable operation and long service life.
1.2. The fan is divided into 20 specifications of 180~560mm in diameter. The air volume of the series is 160~9100m3/h, and the total pressure is 73~578Pa.
1.3. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, it is divided into:
● Ordinary type: all its materials are galvanized steel plates, which are formed by seaming or riveting;
● Silencing type: the fan part is made of galvanized steel plate, which is formed by seaming or riveting, and the enclosure is pasted with silencing cotton.
1.4. The fan can be equipped with variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to realize stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the regulating frequency at 25Hz~50Hz. In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan with explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4.

5、 Product processing technology
5.1. The fan impeller is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate, which is produced by all molds and formed by biting. The impeller has been calibrated by static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G4.6.
5.2. The fan casing is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate, which is formed by the bending of the numerical control bending machine, and connected with the inlet and outlet flanges by self-tapping screws for assembly and forming, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly. The anechoic type fan casing is pasted with anechoic cotton.
