1、 Product Overview
1.1. KDNB volute-free centrifugal fan is a kind of box-shaped centrifugal fan with backward tilting blades. The product is composed of low-noise backward tilting centrifugal fan impeller, motor, anechoic box, support, etc. The air inlet and outlet positions at different angles are provided according to the different installation positions to meet the different installation needs of users. Built-in installation of motor is adopted to reduce the noise of sound source. Mainly used for ventilation.
1.2. The fan is divided into ten specifications of 300~1000mm in diameter, the series air volume is 3300~46000m3/h, and the total pressure is 220~2500Pa. The fan is divided into single-speed and double-speed. The two-speed fan is equipped with a two-speed motor to achieve two-speed speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance regulation at different operating points. The fan can also be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and a variable-frequency controller to achieve variable-frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the regulation frequency at 25Hz~50Hz.
1.3. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fan can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the fan muffler box can also be thickened to reduce the fan noise.

5、 Product processing technology
5.1. The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality steel plates, all of which are molded and welded. The balance accuracy of the impeller is not more than 5.6 after dynamic and static balance correction.
5.2. The anechoic box of the fan adopts the frame and box plate assembly design. The frame adopts the steel frame formed by one stretch of the advanced metal cold bending machine (aluminum alloy profile frame can also be used according to the user's needs). The outer plate of the box plate is a color coated plate, with clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized anechoic micro-perforated plate or galvanized plate, and the interlayer can be made of ultra-fine glass wool, fire insulation plate Polystyrene composite board can further reduce noise after being processed by foaming process. The product can be disassembled on site.
