I. Product overview
1.1. HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan is a high efficiency and low noise box centrifugal fan. The product is composed of low-noise forward tilt multi-wing centrifugal fan, motor, bearing, transmission parts, anechoic box, etc. According to the different installation positions, 12 air inlet and outlet positions with different angles are provided to meet the different installation needs of users. According to the different requirements of fire fighting and ventilation, there are two types: type A and type B. Type A motor is installed outside the box for fire fighting and smoke exhaust. According to the provisions of the CCCF rules, it is named "centrifugal fire fighting and smoke exhaust fan", and has been subjected to the high temperature resistance test by the National Fire Conformity Assessment Center in accordance with GA211-2009 High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Fighting and Smoke Exhaust Fan, and has obtained the CCCF certification. The fan can operate continuously for 60 minutes under the high temperature condition of 280 ℃, Type B motor is installed in the box for ventilation.
1.2. The fan is divided into 12 specifications of 9 "~40" according to diameter, the series air volume is 1650~112619m3/h, and the total pressure is 152~1124Pa. After continuous improvement and development, HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan can be divided into two types: I and II. Type I is single-speed type and type II is double-speed type. It is equipped with two-speed motor to realize two-speed speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance regulation at different operating points. The fan can also be equipped with variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to realize variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the regulating frequency in the range of 25Hz~50Hz.
1.3. In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan with explosion-proof grade of EXdlIIBT4, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
1.4. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the fan silencing box can also be thickened to reduce the fan noise.
1.5. The fan can be equipped with primary, medium or high efficiency filters to improve the cleanliness of the air. The actual pressure loss should be considered when configuring the filter, and the length of the fan body should be appropriately increased.

5、 Product processing technology
5.1. The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality galvanized sheet, all of which are produced by die, riveted, bite and other means. The surface is clean and flat without welding deformation. The balance accuracy of the impeller is not more than 4.0 after dynamic and static balance correction.
5.2. The anechoic box of the fan adopts the frame and box plate assembly design. The frame adopts the steel frame formed by one stretch of the advanced metal cold bending unit (aluminum alloy profile frame can also be used according to the user's needs). The inner and outer plates of the box plate are made of color coated plate, with clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The interlayer filling material is made of expandable polystyrene, EPS fire insulation board composite plate (limited to fire and smoke exhaust), which can further reduce the noise. The product can be disassembled on site.

Note: For type A installation, if the air inlet number is 1,2,3,5,6,8, 9, 10.11, 12, and the motor frame number is ≤ 132, the motor is placed on the top of the chassis by default; When the motor frame number>132, the motor is placed on the box base by default. If it needs to be placed in other places, please consult the factory and indicate it when ordering.
Type A installation. When the air inlet number is 4 and 7, the motor is placed on the base of the box, regardless of the size of the motor frame number.
