1、 Product Overview
1.1. The basic form of HTF axial flow fire and smoke exhaust fan is axial flow structure. The motor is a high-temperature resistant motor. The product is subject to high-temperature resistance test according to GA211-2009 High-temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire and Smoke Exhaust Fan. It has passed the 3C compulsory certification of the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security. It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under the medium temperature of 280 ℃ and the temperature of 100 ℃ for 20 hours/time without damage, and can be ventilated Smoke exhaust for both purposes.
1.2. Product classification
HTF-1 type, divided into 300~1600 mm in diameter, 19 specifications, air volume of 1600~14000 m3/h, total pressure of 50~1000Pa; HTF-II type, divided into 500~1500 mm in diameter, 13 specifications, air volume of 3500~11000 m3/h, total pressure of 90~900 Pa; HTF-1II type (impeller is inclined flow type), divided into 300~1400mm in diameter, 16 specifications, air volume of 1400~100000m3/h, total pressure of 90~1500Pa; HTF-IV type (impeller is inclined flow type), divided into 400~1400mm in diameter, 14 specifications, air volume of 2500~100000m3/h, total pressure of 90~1300Pa. According to the speed regulation mode, it can be divided into single-speed, double-speed and variable-frequency (the fan motor adopts variable-frequency motor, equipped with variable-frequency controller, and implements variable-frequency speed regulation to meet the needs of different working conditions. It is recommended to lock the regulation frequency at 25Hz~50Hz). In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan with explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4.
1.3. In order to meet the noise requirements of different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths.

5、 Product processing technology
5.1 The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched, the blade is hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blade is welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has been calibrated by static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6.
5.2 The outer cylinder flange is formed by integral spinning and flanging.
