Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsible for supervising and inspecting the factory quality (incoming materials, processes, finished products, and shipments) to ensure the achievement of factory quality indicators; responsible for the formulation, division of labor, coordination, and performance evaluation of quality inspection plans;
2. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of company inspection standards, specifications, and inspection work instructions; responsible for the inspection of inspection equipment, tooling, and tools, as well as annual planning and budgeting;
3. Responsible for collecting and providing feedback on the quality of supplier products; participate in the review and assessment of supplier introduction;
4. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and providing feedback on factory quality issues and participating in quality improvement projects;
5. Employee management and training, responsible for formulating and implementing skills training plans for quality inspection personnel.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, quality management, or related fields;
2. Master and proficiently use quality management tools, and various inspection methods and tools;
3. Possess good communication skills, good professional ethics, and team management capabilities.
