Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily process technology document preparation, sheet metal parts unfolding and layout;
2. Responsible for formulating product production process flow, formulating and implementing process standards, analyzing and solving on-site process problems;
3. New process trial production and research and development, participating in various research and development projects, applying new materials, new processes, and new technologies to products;
4. Participate in analyzing product quality problems, formulating and implementing corrective and preventive measures;
5. New equipment development, formulation of equipment production line technical requirements, production, follow-up of equipment installation progress, and output of operation instructions;
6. Improvement and upgrading of tooling and dies, independent design of tooling and simple dies, and assistance with mold testing, identifying and pointing out problems with mold products.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mold making, etc., with relevant work experience preferred;
2. Familiar with sheet metal processing technology, machining technology; has basic tooling and die design foundation; has certain mechanical design experience;
3. Proficient in using drawing software.
