A delegation from the Nuclear Facilities Safety Supervision Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (National Nuclear Safety Administration), led by Deputy Director-General Chao Zhexiong, conducted a field research at our company.
On December 3, 2024, a team led by Chao Zhexiong, Deputy Director of the Nuclear Facility Safety Supervision Department (National Nuclear Safety Administration) of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, conducted a field investigation at our company. Company General Manager Li Shouyuan, Vice General Manager and General Manager of the Nuclear Power Products Company Zhang Bocheng, and other relevant personnel participated in the investigation.

During the meeting, the investigation team learned in detail about the company's development history and the important aspects of equipment production and manufacturing. They listened attentively to Shangzhuan’s report on the overall situation of the nuclear power management system, the rectification of special nuclear safety actions, the implementation of nuclear safety responsibilities, and the feedback of experience. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on nuclear safety culture, special process personnel management, and standard development.
At the meeting, Company General Manager Li Shouyuan extended a warm welcome to the investigation team's visit to Shangzhuan. He stated that Shangzhuan will further enhance its nuclear safety awareness, transforming the nuclear safety concept into conscious action, resolutely implementing its main responsibilities for nuclear safety, and conducting internal nuclear safety management in accordance with laws and regulations.
Deputy Director Chao Zhexiong fully affirmed Shangzhuan's achievements in the wind turbine industry and expressed high expectations for the company's future development.
Regarding subsequent work, Deputy Director Chao Zhexiong gave three instructions:
1. Uphold the principle that nuclear safety is paramount; attach great importance to nuclear safety culture construction to address current new situations, requirements, and challenges;
2. Adhere to the principle of "safety first, quality first," continuously deepen nuclear safety culture, make good use of the National Nuclear Safety Administration's online experience feedback platform, and continuously carry out work to prevent human error;
3. Uphold the bottom line of "zero tolerance" for two aspects, adhere to the "strict, cautious, meticulous, and practical" work style of nuclear safety, and ensure absolute safety and zero accidents.
Shangzhuan will take this investigation and guidance as an opportunity to further implement the relevant requirements for nuclear safety management, comprehensively strengthen nuclear safety management, keep pace with the national nuclear power construction, and contribute to the safe and stable development of the nuclear power industry.
