DTF(R) series reversible axial flow fan for metro tunnels
Product Introduction:
The impeller hub adopts internationally advanced aluminum die-casting technology or a special steel plate welding process. The blades are symmetrical airfoil-shaped, featuring high efficiency, low noise, high strength, and long life. The performance parameters for forward and reverse rotation are basically equal; all impellers undergo X-ray flaw detection and mechanical performance tests, ensuring reliable quality and sufficient strength safety factor. High-temperature technology measures are adopted under high-temperature conditions to guarantee safe operation.
The blades and hub are connected by high-strength bolts, making it very convenient to adjust the blade installation angle, allowing users to change the blade installation angle according to usage. The fan can be equipped with a bidirectional anti-surge device as per customer requirements, ensuring safe and stable operation when the system resistance changes suddenly. The fan is designed with a guide device and stationary blades, featuring a compact structure that facilitates user installation, maintenance, and repair. The fan rotation direction can be switched between forward and reverse rotation, completing the switching process within 30 seconds (compensated start-up method, from forward rated speed to reverse rated speed).
