Youthful Vigor, Blooming Talent | Shaoxing Base 2024 Young Talent Training Officially Opens
The Shaoxing Base 2024 Qingmiao Trainee Training officially commenced. This training program helps trainees quickly integrate and transform through "lectures, workshop familiarization, senior guidance, mentorship, and exploring Shaoxing." The General Manager of the Wind Turbine Company, Li Shouyuan, company department heads, trainee mentors, and all 2024 Qingmiao trainees attended the training.
Mentorship: Passing the Torch
"Mentorship: Passing the Torch." The mentorship program is a long-standing system for cultivating new talent within the company. It leverages the expertise of core employees to "teach, assist, and guide," imparting job knowledge and accelerating the growth of new recruits. The Shaoxing base held a formal apprenticeship ceremony: reciting the apprenticeship letter—performing the bowing ceremony—offering tea—the master reciprocating with a letter to the apprentice. A teacher imparts knowledge, resolves doubts, and guides the way. Mentors illuminate the path for trainees to become qualified personnel and outstanding employees. Apprentices, deeply grateful for their mentors' guidance, continuously learn, improve, and develop into the excellent talent the company needs.
Li Shouyuan, General Manager of the Wind Turbine Company, addressed the graduates, welcoming the 2024 Qingmiao trainees to the company. Li expressed his hopes for the trainees: firstly, a shift in mindset from student to professional; secondly, a focus on cultivating business skills, communication skills, and organizational coordination, maintaining a mindset of continuous and lifelong learning; thirdly, proactive work, thinking, and questioning, daring to challenge assumptions; finally, he expressed his wishes for the trainees, hoping they would grow and develop with the company, promoting the implementation of the 520D strategy.
Initial Integration, Growth, and Transformation
The Shaoxing base has arranged a series of intensive courses and activities to enhance trainees' understanding of the company and the Shaoxing base. Company leaders and department heads led the lectures, covering company culture and overview, the wind turbine industry and basic product introductions, detailed human resource policies, company organizational structure and personnel introductions, and financial system briefings, helping trainees gain a deeper understanding of the company.
A "Workplace Night Talk—Sharing Session with Outstanding Seniors" was held, inviting outstanding alumni to share their workplace experiences and stories through icebreaker games. The seniors answered questions from each trainee, delving into career development directions and addressing the concerns of new professionals.
The trainees visited the Shaoxing base's production workshops, gaining hands-on experience. Despite the 40-degree Celsius weather, the trainees' enthusiasm remained high as they gained in-depth knowledge of workshop products, production processes, machinery, and manufacturing processes, actively asking questions.
Exploring Shaoxing—"Reading Mr. Lu Xun's Works, Exploring His Homeland"
Experiencing the city's culture and visiting Lu Xun's former residence. The training program also included a fun city exploration trip. Trainees visited Lu Xun's former residence, searching for Q-version "Mr. Xun" figures scattered throughout the scenic area, and savoring local Shaoxing delicacies.
Rooted in the Frontline, Looking to the Future
In the upcoming training, trainees will participate in a two-week product drawing program, followed by an internship on the production line, guided by the manufacturing process. Through the integration of on-the-job training and workshop practice, trainees will deepen their understanding of product expertise and master production and manufacturing processes. Rooted in the frontline, putting theory into practice, we hope that the trainees will grow and thrive, contributing to the company's vigorous development!
